Please read pages 29-36 of the Apology - Trial of Socrates and answer the following questions...

On page 29…
• Socrates says, “…There is no danger of my being the last of them.” To whom is he referring?
• Socrates describes “a good man”. What does he believe is most important in living human life?

• What is the Philosopher’s mission?
• Socrates writes about those who care about laying up the greatest amount of money and honor and reputation as opposed to what?

On page 31…

• Who is the gadfly?

On page 33…
• Socrates gives an example of a situation in which he stood up for the right even when the majority were not – briefly summarize the situation.
