Habemus Episcopum!!
The Vatican announced this morning that Pope Benedict XVI has named The Most Reverend John C. Wester as the Ninth Bishop of Salt Lake City. We look forward to welcoming our new shepherd and high priest on Tuesday March 13th and Wednesday March 14th. He currently serves as an Auxiliary Bishop to Archbishop Niederauer (the founding Bishop of the Choir School) in San Francisco. Bishop Wester was ordained a Bishop by Cardinal Levada, Prefect of the Vatican Congregation of the Doctrine of the Faith, who was in attendance at our concert in the Chiesa del Gesu in Roma on November 11th.
Welcome Bishop Wester!

Yippers!
Yes, very good. I thought for a while that some monarch would take over the Bishop's throne and abuse his power!
Maybe Mr. Glenn's faking it and he's really going to become the bishop. Or maybe Lenin's going to come back from the dead...
I like your picture.
Matthew
how do u get hose pix by ur name?
Mike,
I bet you'll put a rapper or something on their, but oh well, I'll tell you anyways.
Go to the main "sapere aude" page and hit "sign in" (top right corner) after you've signed in (using your google account), there should be a list of empty boxes. One of them has "picture URL" or something like that. Google a picture or go to a website that has the picture you want on it. Click on the picture, copy the address in the address bar at the top and paste it in the box.
I hope that was clear!
Matthew
oops. I said "their" instead of "there".

Aha! good triumphs over evil, once again.
